Why people are attracted to Woodstock NY - Video

Woodstock New York

When you think of Woodstock  New York the Woodstock Festival of 1969 comes to mind, even if you weren't around then. The Festival actually occured some distance away in Bethel Woods after a change in venue; however the marketing material advertising Woodstock as the location had already been distributed.

Woodstock is still a nice small town favored by artist and musicians.

It was close to the highway as you get off to get to the small road leading to Woodstock...keep in mind that was about 30 years ago when I did go:)), Endre

Poor Bethel Woods didn't get the publicity of Woodstock.

Good Monday Jennifer, Woodstock is still a nice small town favored by artist and musicians and I so remember the festival. I was only in seventh grade but in my community we had many hippies and most were from my own family....lo
