Good morning, Jennifer..... buyers would be wise to take advantage of that marketing in Red Hook.... once it becomes a sellers market, those buyers will be paying top dollar for a home....now it the ideal time to buy in Red Hook...

Jennifer, I don't see enough on the home menu to reach any REAL conclusions about the Village & Town of Red Hook however the Halfway Diner looks like a great place for a cheese omelette while pondering the statistics.
Jennifer our market in most parts of Connecticut is also a Buyers Market much like Red Hook. We are starting to see some change in a few towns, but not enough to say things are turning around.
