Hyde Park Real Estate Market Report September 2011

 

In Hyde Park NY during the month of September 6 homes sold.  Hyde Park real estate is similar to the rest of Dutchess County; most of the sales are below $300,000.

When compared to September 2010 there were 2 less sales.

During the period 17 homes came on the market ranging from $149,900-$1,395,000 but only 4 of these were over $300,000.  The majority of these homes were built in the 50's and 60's with square footage under 2000.

Jennifer looks like all of the towns in your market area are pretty consistent with sales being just slightly less than last year.  We would all like to see sales up, but as long as they are similar to last year it is not negative.
