This weekend in Rhinebeck is the annual Hudson Valley Wine and Food Festival. Here is a terrific opportunity to visit Rhinebeck and sample some of New York State wines. You can also count on finding great food too. Many of our fine chefs were trained at the Culinary Institute of American located in Hyde Park which is just south of Rhinebeck.

That looks like a fun event. Living here among the vineyards in California we can't imagine wine and food events anywhere else. Next time I am at the store for wine I will look for wines from other regions of the country including New York.
This event is just across the street from the location where my oldest two children were born.
Now this sounds like a great food fest, wish I could be there. I'm trying to arrange for Rhinebeck on the 14th.
Anja we do have some really good wines here in NY and the food is awesome too. I am sure the event will be well attended.
My last child was born at that hospital too.
