About 28 homes came on the market during the month all of them were priced below $400,000 with the exception of a 8039 square feet home priced at $1,495,000.

Looking at the homes in contract or with an offer most of the homes were priced just under $200,000.  This seems like a good market for finding an affordable house.

Hi Jennifer. Any homes under 200,000 would be considered affordable in your area. But in my area those prices would get you close to a luxury home. Nice to see that you had 7 homes that sold in Hyde Park for July.

Have a Nice Evening!! Time to get off this PC.

Your stats brought me back to the nostalgia of when I used to go to school at the Culinary Institute up there.

Jennifer that seems so similar to the market over here. The luxury homes (in the millions are sitting) and the very affordable to moderately priced (around $450,000 homes are moving.

Jennifer - this is invaluable information presented in a very nice concise fashion. Nice Job. I do love this about A/R as well. Being able to see what is going on around our local areas as well as across the country.

Prices are affordable and interest rates are historically low.  It looks like a great time to buy.

Jennifer, you have a great market report for Hyde Park.  It is very consumer friendly with just the right amount of information.  Is this the Hyde Park of FDR fame?
