I like the way you laid out your stats Jennifer. I love old historic homes. Interesting to see that others love them enough to purchase. They really are special homes for special people. You just can't find the same character in new homes. Although I live in a new home myself I've always dreamed of having an old stone home in the country.
Very detailed report! Real Estate Market reports are great information for buyers and sellers, educating them about current neighborhood trends!
Very nice report Jennifer

Thank you for the report. Prices are up, that is good to hear. Good luck with the rest of the year!
Well Jennifer, what a difference a year makes on pricing. Great to see it.
Hi Jennifer,
Good info and good talking with you earlier today.
Your info on "3 of the 7 homes sold this April were built between 1830 and 1865" just amazes me being from my neck of the woods where we just don't have anything like that, our older homes were built in the 1950's or 1960's. It must be ery interesting.
Great report on your Rhinebeck, NY real estate market, Jennifer. I like how you present the information and an easy to read format. I love the photos of these older homes - they look well maintained.
Jenny - Thank you. I too love the historic homes, and there are many in the Hudson Valley.
Anthony - Just yesterday I received an email from a reader who told me she appreciated the format and information.
Hannah - Thank you it is time well spent.
Michael- Thank you and I too hope you will have a fantastic year.
Kim it is always a good exercise to look at the market over time.
Lynda it is always a pleasure speaking with you. We are very fortunate to have the older homes, so much history.
Juli the middle picture of the Delamater House which is connected to the Beekman Arms, the oldest continuously operated Inn in America. Some of the guests to the Clinton wedding stayed there.
