Rhinebeck and Village of Rhinebeck NY Real Estate Market Report for February 2011

In Rhinebeck during the month of February 3 homes sold ranging from $410,000-$574,500

February 2010 market report showed just 1 sale, the home sold for $68,000, needed TLC and was only 850 square feet.  A year later the average square feet on the homes sold was 2400 with average selling price of $486,500. 

The village did not have any sales in February however there were 2 homes under contract and 1 with an offer.

At the moment there are over 80 properties on the market for sale in Rhinebeck ranging from 100's to almost 10 million dollars.  If your home has been on the market for sometime have you adjusted the price?  Keep in mind you have to price according to the existing market, not what it was or what you would like it to be.

Jennifer: It's looks like you have alot of lookers in your area but not many serious buyers . The Spring is coming and we all now that some buyers like to wait it out so things will be moving soon.
