Today I was taking a listing and the cat of the house checked me out fully, even going so far as looking in my bag.
When we got to the point where documents were being signed he jumped up on a folder and looked me square in the eyes as if to say "Now where do I sign? I am a member of this family.

I love it Jennifer and am glad you passed his inspection, beautiful cat but pretty serious look on its face!
Wanda he thought I had snubbed him and he was not having any part of that :)
Cats definitely have their own personalities! We have 5 of them. At least it was friendly.
They are smarter than we know!
Cute picture of a cute cat... and, aren't they just the darnedest thing? Of course they want to be a part of the process.... it's their future too!
Hi Jennifer, So pretty and fluffy, but a pretty intent look! I think he was serious.
Jennifer, He is very handsome and appears to be on a misson!
Jennifer, that is one very serious cat there! Very funny indeed, and yes, part of the family too.
Hi Jennifer...Well, it sounds as though you passed muster with that cat. You were lucky. Otherwise, you may not have gotten that listing.
Kate
What a beautiful kitty! I just put a listing in contract that had a big orange cat named Pumpkin who is the best cat ever! Everyone loved him. He is so mellow and gentle. What a sweetie. Love cats but am allergic to them.
Good luck with the listing!
Are you sure he wasn’t giving you the evil eye because you wanted to help sell his home? J♪♫♫♪
Hi Jennifer, so funny. I had one last week that layed on top of the papers and refused to move and took my pen too. I wish I would have taken a picture, but we were too busy laughing. Good picture
I agree with Wanda. That cat sure looks like he meaned business. That was a very good shot of the Cat by the way Jennifer. Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend. Great post.
This is one serious cat. Love the intensity of the eyes.
Jennifer, well I don't know about you, but I would not turn away a willing Buyer, even a furry one that walks on four paws :)
I'm glad you have a great realtionship with the family and the CAT, so when you start showing it he'll be quite like a mouse lol..
Cats are probably just like kids, they don't want to move or change their familiar surroundings...I can imagine that cat will have his eye on you if you have open house
Who let the cat out of the bag Jennifer:) Looks like an inquisitive little fella!
Maybe he was the decision-maker of the family. I always befriend the pets before even attempting to build a relationship with the people they own. I know I'm getting the listing when the owner says, "My cat NEVER goes up to strangers!"
I'm 99% sure Nestle (my dog) would want a say so as well!
Hi Jennifer... thank goodness the cat wanted to sign! She could have wanted to interview other agents before deciding!
