Now where do I sign? I am a member of this family

The Cat

Today I was taking a listing and the cat of the house checked me out fully, even going so far as looking in my bag.

When we got to the point where documents were being signed he jumped up on a folder and looked me square in the eyes as if to say "Now where do I sign? I am a member of this family.

Hi Jennifer...Well, it sounds as though you passed muster with that cat.  You were lucky.  Otherwise, you may not have gotten that listing.

What a beautiful kitty!  I just put a listing in contract that had a big orange cat named Pumpkin who is the best cat ever!  Everyone loved him.  He is so mellow and gentle.  What a sweetie.  Love cats but am allergic to them.

Good luck with the listing!

Are you sure he wasn’t giving you the evil eye because you wanted to help sell his home? J♪♫♫♪

Hi Jennifer, so funny.  I had one last week that layed on top of the papers and refused to move and took my pen too.  I wish I would have taken a picture, but we were too busy laughing.  Good picture

Cats are probably just like kids, they don't want to move or change their familiar surroundings...I can imagine that cat will have his eye on you if you have open house

Maybe he was the decision-maker of the family.  I always befriend the pets before even attempting to build a relationship with the people they own.  I know I'm getting the listing when the owner says, "My cat NEVER goes up to strangers!"
