Speechless Sunday-There is something priceless at Walmart

Saperstein'sw Clad Catskill Mountain range

I'll bet this headline grabbed your attention. What could be so priceless at Walmart? How about the view?  I took this shot a couple of years ago from the Walmart parking lot in Kingston, NY.

This a a photo I personally like. It reminded me so much of a lovely landscape watercolor.  I could see Thomas Cole of the Hudson River School of painting sitting down and painting a watercolor of the snow-clad Catskill Mountains.

So, next time you are at Walmart you might just see something priceless.

Jennifer, that is a beautiful picture.  Speaking of Walmart I have to go there later today for a few things.  Who knows, maybe I will see something priceless?

Jennifer:  This is a great picture.  Just curious... what mountains are those ?  They are beautiful.

Jennifer-You're right.  I couldn't imagine what would be so priceless at Walmart.

If I am not mistaken, those have to be the Catskills. If that is the view from Kingston, that would be my best guess.

Philip:  I should have guessed that the answer would come from "the answer man."  Who Wouldn't've Thunk ?  Thanks...

Don I could not believe the view. The type of mountain view so many crave.

Vickie I hope you do :)

Karen the Catskills, a real treasure here.

Susan I knew such a title would grab some attention :)

Phillip you are right, the Catskills indeed.

Great photo. MO st of the Wal-Mart's here offer a great photo of...more stores! It is so flat here. If you look up and are lucky the only thing you see is a space shuttle taking off.  Of course that will end soon!

Jennifer~

I noticed the view right away. It is priceless...I hope that Walmart has provided a park along the perimeter as it has in one of it's view locations along the Swannanoa River here in Asheville....affirming to visitors that there's more to life than saving money.

This is a beautiful photo.  Unfortunately, no views like that from the Walmart parking lots around here.

David so you know how beautiful the Catskill Mountains can be even when covered with snow.

Cindy The coloring is one of the reason I love this photo.  With the phone these days we always have a camera.  The problem is I never remember I have a camera on my cell.

Gary seeing the space shuttle take off is priceless even more that it will be history soon.

Dr. Stacey  I was thinking with the view the site would have great for homes or a lovely resort not shopping.

Kat I am sure this is one of the few  with such a view, the sad thing is I don't think most of the people notice it.  Okay so I hate shopping :)

Great title, Jennifer!  The Walmart in Woodland Park, CO sits at the base of Pikes Peak - Not all their locations are dreary!
