Wordless Wednesday-I could daydream all day

Scene at Olana

When friends come to visit it gives a good excuse for taking time to enjoy the view.  Life can get busy and we sometimes don't get the time to truly appreciate the area in which we live.  Taking the time to do so keeps me excited about the area and helps me to convey the many highlights of the Hudson Valley to those who may be thinking of relocating.  This view from Olana never gets old, and is a great spot to bring guests that come to visit.

Joan so true.

Joan I actually was at a picnic at dusk at another wonderful site, and then we had sort of a private tour of the mansion.  You should see us trying to take a 5 minutes walk back to the car in the dark.  A really fun evening.

Jennifer - If there were a bench or a picnic table at the spot where you took that photo, a person could spend a wonderful day there.  Spectacular view, and the picture is composed well.
