Nice property -- hope you can get a quick sale and happy buyers.
Bob and Carolin thank you. So much history in this place.
HA! I can totally see that place as a tavern - it's AWESOME! What a great deal as a rental!
Jennifer, I can't imagine what it would be like to live in a house like that. I wonder if there are any ghosts walking around in there.
Leesa it is a lovely home with views of the river and mountain.
George if only the walls could talk. I am sure some important historic figures slept there.
304 years old; that just blows me away! We have a few homes in our area that might be built in say the 1940's but more the most part a home built in the 1960's is really old.
Marchel that is why the Northeast is such an interesting place to visit you never know what you might learn or see.
This is a beautiful home and I can see it still standing another 304 years.
Jennifer, I love these types of home, absolutely beautiful..and the history they hold is even more interesting. Thanks for sharing and great interior and exterior shoots!
Jennifer~
I took the virtual tour and wondered how it would be to bring the Family there to spend the summer in a 300 year old home...a story our grandchildren could share...
Wow, Jennifer, spending a week at the Abraham Kip home in Rhinebeck NY would be awesome!
