Carriage Drive subdivision in Red Hook NY

Carriage Drive is one of the newer developments in Red Hook, NY.  It is a part of the area referred to as Linden Acres and is located North West of the Village of Red Hook between Route 9 and Route 9G.

The first house on Carriage Drive was built in 2003.   Most of the homes are 4 bedroom Colonials with a few Cape Cods and a Ranch.  The house with the smallest square footage was the Ranch coming in at 1,800 square feet.  The largest home a colonial with 4,248 finished square feet

The Red Hook Recreational Park is also less than five minutes away were you can take a walk, go swimming, or play some tennis.

Bard College, one of the largest employers in the area, is also just minutes away.  There you will find the Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts where you can enjoy many wonderful cultural activities.

Just 15 minutes away you will find Northern Dutchess Hospital and it is about the same distance to the NYS Thruway

The most recent home sale in Carriage Drive occurred last month for $465,000 one of the colonial.

Jennifer, what a wonderful subdivision! I love the wide streets, the farm like look of the area. And so convenient.

Great hyper-local Jennifer!

Carriage Drive has a lot to offer.  This is definately a subdivision which has a lot to offer.  It looks like a great place to watch nature and the sunset!  Very nicely done.

Hi Jennifer...What a neat looking place.  It really looks like a nice neighborhood, homes are nice spaced apart and I love the fact that the sky looks so big and beautiful.

Jennifer that looks like a very nice community.

I liked the way you phrased that the High School and Middle School are only a "short bicycle ride away"
