Wordless Wednesday - How do you feel about pygmy goats

Pygmy Goats

Pygmy goats are such cute creatures and many have brought them into their homes as pets.  The goats are very curious animals,; the day I took this shot they were out in the field but came over as soon as they noticed me.

Pygmy goats can be very entertaining, here is a YouTube Pygmy video to prove this point

They are very cute but I would not want them to get too close to my clothes or buttons.

Jennifer, Last summer I had a borrowed pair of goats like these, they were adorable and fun.  Those little guys are stronger than they look! And hungrier too. They ate most of the berry bramble in my yard...I sure could use them again this year! Great goat post. :)

Hi Jennifer, those little guys are just adorable.  I don't dare show this post to my wife, she'll want several of them, and then she'll be trying to bring them into the house.

I guess they are pretty curious! I was wondering what was up before I saw your explanation. I had not even heard of this type of goat.

Gary In that case please don't show it to her.  :)

Amy that must have been fun.  Did you allow it in the house?

The pygmy goats are the field. Always carry that camera with you for these types of shots.

Cute and curious is a great combination. If I had a home with a couple of acres, it would be a lot of fun to have a couple of these running around.

I'm thinking that they look pretty hungry.....glad to know you got out unscathed.  :-)

Hi Jennifer...They look very cute but as pets I would think they'd be pretty unpredictable.  Like kid kids.

I like the different colors.

Those little buggars will eat anything! I hope you held your camera out of the way. LOL. I'll have to go watch the video. Heck, I even have some of my own footage on YouTube, from our county fair. One of them was eating his own sign. LOL!
