In the month of March there were 4 houses sold;  3 in the town of Rhinebeck and 1 in the village,with price ranging from $250,000-$828,000.

Two of the houses available for sale during March were built in 1859 and 1860.  This is important because many consumers looking for a second home like the older homes.

There was also a large spread in the square footage of homes available 960-5000.
