from the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service. This data reflected only those properties listed on the MLS.

- Of the 16 properties sold, 7 were in the Town of Washington, 3 in Clinton, 2 in Amenia, 1 in Beacon, 1 in Pawling, 1 in Rhinebeck and 1 in Union Vale.

To be in that price range, I don't think that it is a lot the Days on the market that these properties take to get sold :P good info !
Ray At that price at times it does take much longer to get the closing. It all depends on the property some will go almost as soon as they hit the market.
