Today was my day for attending Brokers open house in Southern Dutchess County NY. I saw a total of 4 homes; a cape, a brick split level, a townhouse and a beautiful log house overlooking a lake. The last house I viewed was the log house and this is just one of the view you would see.

I would say if it was priced anywhere near its market value get the "SOLD" sign ready!!! Beautiful view and the swans are a real plus! Thanks for sharing this with us Jennifer.
I would open house that one every single weekend, with a warm jacket and a chair on the deck. No problem! How much is it??
