Average Sold price            $245,000

Average sold $ per SQFT        $183

 

One house was located on Lisa Lane and was built in 1992 a 3 bedroom home just over 1100 square feet.

The second home was on Broadway  a 2 bedroom 1496 square feet home built in 1822.
