Today I read Gary Woltal's post "Pull up a chair and grab a cup of slow" and I could say, yes, I did grab a cup of slow. I took a ride up the New England coast to Cape Ann and stopped in Gloucester MA where I went down to the water and just listened to the waves. Waves sure have a calming effect and you can almost feel the stress melting away.
So, I brought the waves to you and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
