Since this is historic Hyde Park there are many historic locations nearby such as the FDR library and mansion (Springwood), and Val-kill, Eleanor Roosevelt's home.
There are also many opportunities for outdoor recreation and cultural activities.
These units are also affordable. Right now there are 9 units for sale ranging from $79,900 to $144,500. Over the last 9 months there were 4 sales ranging from $75,000- 144,500. My observation is that the units sold early in the year fetched a higher price.
So, if you are looking for affordable housing without having to maintain a yard The Arbors in Hyde Park is worth a look.
