Red Hook Seniors Get Ready To Walk!
Okay this is not a threat but a fun activity. Recently the Red Hook recreational department adopted a walking program for Red Hook Seniors.
In Red Hook we are fortunate to have a lovely park where many engage in all sorts of sporting activities. Now seniors will have their own organized walking activity.
Red Hook Seniors look at this as an opportunity to meet other seniors in the community and maybe even form new friendships while engaging in a morning walk.
The Senior Walk Program is scheduled for Wednesdays at 10:00 as long as the weather is good. The meeting place will be at the Red Hook Rec Park Pavillion
