These dog days of summer calls for unconventional ways to keep cool. Here are some of the usual conventional methods you should not ignore.
- Keep hydrated
- were loose fitting and light color clothing
- Stay out of the sun
- eat food that keeps you cool
- Avoid alcohol
- Stay in air condition if possible
- go swimming in a pool, lake etc
