Rhinebeck and Village of Rhinebeck NY Real Estate Market Report for July 2010
During July Rhinebeck saw much excitement due to Chelsea Clinton's wedding.
Lots of tourist flocked to the area to see if they could catch a glimpse of the wedding party or any celebrity guests in attendance.
Yes, this activity placed Rhinebeck on the map, and with that we have had more interest in the Rhinebeck real estate market. Will all this interest translate into more purchases of homes?
The effect should be known in the next three months. And it will be interesting to see which price ranges will benefit. In Rhinebeck you can find a house for under $300,000 or you could buy one for $13,500,000, You guessed it, Astor Courts is back on the market.
Besides real estate, I am sure that the local merchants were delighted to have more people shopping in their stores and filling tables in their restaurants.
The wedding is now history but I hope you will remember that the Rhinebeck and Red Hook areas are great places to get away to this summer and maybe you will find that wonderful second home you always wanted.
