The million dollar properties available for sale in Dutchess County NY ranged from $1,000,000-$17,500,000. If you take a look at the days on market you can see many of these properties have been on the market for a long time just like a good portion of the inventory under one million. 
So far this year 9 properties sold, all had price reduction prior to getting an offer. There are also 6 properties presently with offers; the two highest valued over $12,000,000 and the other just over $19,000,000, here again the days on market was more than a year.
The homes average square feet ranged from 3700 to 5494. Many of these properties are also situated on large acreage.
