You might be saying to yourself; This is a tree house? How come it is not in a tree?
Actually this shot was taken at the Berkshire Botanical Gardens where designer tree houses were on display. As you can see it was of interest to both a child and a young adult.
Did you have a tree house when you were growing up?
This tree house was rather cute, however, I would prefer one with a roof in case I get caught in a storm.
I once had a listing with a tree house perched in a tree on a hillside. I instructed agents and their clients not to go up in it, but, the big kids just couldn't resist and the view from above was awesome. Eventually, I had the ladder removed as that was the only way to protect my client and the potential buyers.
