The front door matters

Selling your home this Spring, how is the front door

If you are selling your home you need to consider the condition Front Doorof the front door, it does matter.

Remember the door gives access to the interior of your home, but if the potential buyer get to the door and it is dirty,  with visible sign of peeling paint, and holes in the door this will immediately create a negative feeling about the home.

How to create curb appeal with a door.

You could go out and purchase a new door, but I know money could be an issue. The door could be striped and repainted, that is another option.

Color also matters, so make sure the door color compliment the rest of the home.

Some doors might just need a good cleaning after the rough winter weather.  Whatever approach you take, the bottom line is to get that door in tiptop shape to create the desired curb appeal.
