This is the 6th year of the Smithsonian Day, where admission is free. You might be thinking, "but I am nowhere near the Smithsonian." Don't despair, you see, many museums around the country are participating in this event by also offering free admission at their museum.
What will you need to do to participate? Go to the Smithsonian magazine site to download your free pass. Enter your state and start searching for participating museums in your area.
- Keep in mind this pass is good for you and a guest.
- There is only one ticket per household
- Pass is only good for one museum, so choose wisely.
