No, I was not texting and driving but the situation really called for me to pull over and that was the best advice I received today. I was headed to the Albany area, but was not happy that the GPS took me up the Thruway. I think the GPS takes you the most round about way. On the way back I ditched the GPS and took a local road. About 15 minutes into the trip I noticed something crawling on the dashboard, I was able to identify it as a spider.
I watched it crawl around and was able to deal with that until it made it's way onto the wheel, I guess my son noticed my face and saw how distracted I was. So, he said "mom I think you should pull over." Yes, that was the best advice I had all day.
As soon as I turned off the engine I was out of the seat belt and the car. I decided to look for the spider but could not find it. Okay, I made it home without another episode. However, later when I had to get in the car I found myself looking for that little critter. My son told me that this was good material for a blog.sarcastically said, "now you have something to blog about."
