Mango Kulfi was the perfect dessert to end a lovely evening. I grew up with mangoes raining down on the roof of the house. I can still see that large mango tree.
Mango happens to my favorite fruit and a very versatile one. You can make chutney, ice cream, salsa, lassi and much more from mangoes.
The Mango Kulfi is actually called the Indian ice-cream very easy to make and here is a recipe on About.com you might want to try.
